Brand new for 2024, we are delighted to offer an immersive experience in Tuscan culture where you can explore epic sites and historical gems and enjoy the gastronomic delights of the region. Tuscany, known for its landscapes, history, artistic legacy, and its influence on high culture, is regarded as the birthplace of the Italian Renaissance and of the foundations of the Italian language.

Your Tuscan adventure starts with 4 nights in Pisa at the 5* star Bagni di Pisa Hotel, from where you are perfectly positioned to explore not only historical Pisa and its famous tower but, also the west of the region including Lucca for Truffle hunting, and Cinque Terre. You will then move to beautiful Florence where you will be based for 3 nights, from which you will be able to take in Siena, Gimignano, San Florence and Chianti. Dine on fabulous Tuscan delights, taste the wine and have a go at a Tuscan cooking class for hands on experience. The trip moves on to its conclusion with one night in Venice at the Hilton Molino Stucky with a lunch in Parma en-route. Our bases will allow you to see the most important sites of the region, while allowing plenty of time to relax and unpack.

Bagni di Pisa – Pisa

In 1743, the Grand Duke of Tuscany chose the magnificent Palace of San Giuliano Terme as his summer spa residence. Over time, the residence has been transformed into a 5-star spa resort, which retains the charm and splendor of the 1700s combined with the most modern comforts.

A careful restoration has brought to light the ancient splendor of the building: the original frescoed vaults, the parquet mezzanines, the marble, graniglia and Tuscan terracotta floors, the Carrara marble bathrooms. Each place is a memory of centuries of history and art.

The halls, the colonnade of the Kaffeehaus on the hill, the natural thermal cave, and the modern spa with the historic Bagni di Levante and Ponente still preserve the beauty and atmosphere of what was the third most important thermal center in Europe.

Borgo I Vicelli – Florence

Brand g Vacations has exclusive use of Borgo i Vicelli, set in 17 acres of Tuscan countryside nestled in the Chianti hills, The traditional property, comes with private pool swimming pool and Spa. The main hub of the property is La Villa which houses the restaurant, bar and reception. The accommodations are spread over traditional out buildings LaColonica, Il Frantoio, Il Fienile and Il Granaio , all of which are in very close proximity to the main hub and pool.

Borgo I Vicelli will amaze your senses and relax your spirit, a perfect cure to the stress of everyday life and the frenzy in the cities. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets from the views of the rooms, see roe deer and hares chasing each other through the meadows and relax with a nice walk to the small private lake at the entrance of the property.

DAY 1 - PISA/SAN GIULIANO TERME - AUGUST 6, 2024

DAY 2 - PISA/SAN GIULIANO TERME - AUGUST 7, 2024

After a leisurely breakfast in the hotel enjoy a morning tour of Pisa. Join your expert local guides for a walking tour of the world-renowned Piazza dei Miracoli (Field of Miracles) and the iconic Leaning Tower. Admire the Baptistry, the Campo Santo and the Duomo and learn more about these magnificent buildings before posing for a photo in front of the UNESCO-listed Leaning Tower. You may wish to walk along to the Knights’ Square (Piazza dei Cavalieri), Pisa’s second most famous square and the city’s political center throughout medieval times. After an included 3 course Italian lunch you return to the Bagni di Pisa to relax by the pool.

This evening enjoy sunset by the sea as we head to Marina di Pisa for a seafood diner.

DAY 3 - PISA/SAN GIULIANO TERME/LUCCA - AUGUST 8, 2024

After a leisurely breakfast in the hotel enjoy a full day tour of Lucca a graceful and beautifully preserved medieval city. Explore its stunning architecture and piazzas while strolling along shady promenades and atop its well-preserved defensive walls. Still fully intact and boasting impressive ramparts, the walls took from around 1500 to 1650 to complete and now accommodate leafy parks and tree-lined promenades. Enjoy the enchanting views down over the palazzo gardens and historic center and out to the Apuan Alps. Enjoy a traditional lunch before departing for Forcoli.

The village of Forcoli is famous for truffle hunting. Visit the Savini Museum where the main steps connected to truffle of the Savini Family’s history are gone over: from the ’20s until today. Take to the woods with a master truffle dog who is the real leading actor of the hunt. See the dog scent the woods, the dog playing his favorite game: the research of the little smelling stones allowing him to get the delicious bone-shaped biscuit!

The tour culminates with a dinner at Savini allowing you to taste many local products and fresh truffles of the season. Truffle is the king of the day! Enjoy the magnificent taste of this precious product of the ground, simply with tagliatelle or with egg to enrich the savor, truffle is everywhere tonight, even in the dessert! DAY 4 - PISA/SAN GIULIANO TERME/CINQUE TERRE - AUGUST 9, 2024

After a leisurely breakfast in the hotel enjoy a full day tour of Cinque Terre (Five Lands). Visit this famous Tuscan coastal area comprising of five villages, built along the steep coastal cliffs of Liguria. At one time only accessible by sea, its vineyards and fishing towns still strongly cling to their old customs and traditions. Visit Vernazza, a beautiful village consisting of tall, colorful houses and a church clustered together at the head of a sheltered cove. Continue to Manarola, a fishing town set amidst terraced vineyards where you can take a walk to see the coast and other neighboring villages. Today Lunch is on your own and the options are endless.

On returning to the hotel relax by the pool and prepare for a magical “Night at the Spa“. Enjoy private use of the spa and 4 thermal pools and jacuzzi. Dinner tonight will be served poolside as you relax under the stars.

DAY 5 - PISA/SAN GIULIANO TERME/ FLORENCE - AUGUST 10, 2024

Following your included breakfast in the hotel, check out and travel to the Chianti region and Florence. Enjoy a walking tour of Florence to admire Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio, Cathedral square and a visit to the Accademia Gallery (subject to availability) where you’ll enter with skip the line tickets to see the world’s most celebrated statue, Michelangelo’s David. Lunch today is full of Tuscan treats before you board your private coach to travel to your luxury hotel. Settle into your room before joining your hosts for dinner.

DAY 6 - FLORENCE/SIENA/SAN GIMIGNANO - AUGUST 11, 2024

In Siena take in highlights including the famous Piazza del Campo, where twice a year the horse race “Palio” take place, step inside Siena’s Duomo, considered to be one of the finest Gothic cathedrals in Italy with unforgettable frescoes in the Piccolomini Library. Enjoy a included lunch in Siena overlooking the marvelous Piazza del Campo and sample the typical handmade pasta “pici”, garnished with local meat sauce, wild boar sauce or mushrooms or simply with butter and sage. (Vegetarian/vegan options available)

In the afternoon your tour continues to San Gimignano, stroll along the narrow streets of this picturesque medieval town, renowned for its 14 surviving towers. Enjoy a nice stroll on the narrow streets of the village, and taste some of the best gelato you’ve ever experienced, in one of the famous gelato shops facing the main square!

Return to the hotel before embarking on tonight’s dinner in beautiful Florence at Restaurant La Loggia, on the panoramic terrace of Piazzale Michelangelo, the most iconic spot to enjoy the view of the Florence night lights. Enjoy a refined dinner experience tasting traditional Florence recipes and sipping glass of Chianti red wine, before returning to your country resort.

DAY 7 - FLORENCE/CHIANTI - AUGUST 12, 2024

Enjoy a morning at leisure after Breakfast in hotel. In late afternoon, depart from the hotel to enjoy an excursion into the bucolic Tuscan countryside driving through winding streets discovering all you hope for in a Tuscan hilltop town with its narrow streets and charming flower-covered houses. On arriving at the Chianti wine estate, you learn about the winery’s complete dedication and methods to create exceedingly rich wines. Visit the cellars and end you day with a toast on the panoramic terrace of the Castle followed by a delicious wine pairing dinner.

After your included Breakfast check out of the hotel and meet your guide and board a private boat for a walking tour of Venice the Floating City’s most celebrated landmarks today with your private guide. Immerse yourself in the rich past of what was once the center of political power in Venice; the Doge’s’ Palace is a triumph of Gothic architecture that boasts lavish frescoes, graceful staircases and intricately-gilded stuccowork, which clearly reveal the glory and opulence of this period. Afterwards, continue to stunning Byzantine-style St Mark’s Basilica with a history stretching back to the 9th century AD. Many of St Mark’s treasures including the beautiful bronze horses, were acquired from the Crusades and Constantinople.

Join your hosts for a 3 course venetian lunch with wine after which you will be transferred to the airport for your independently booked flight home. For guests traveling on to the 2024 Atlas Class Mediterranean Odyssey-Venice to Malta you will be transferred to the World Traveller for embarkation. (B/L)
