Virgin Voyages’ Valiant Lady: A Fresh Take on Cruising
Valiant Lady, similar to Scarlet Lady, features homier cabins, added lounge spaces, and a new nightlife experience with Brooklyn’s House of Yes. The ship offers diverse food, drink, and entertainment options but lacks daytime activities and has small pools.
Valiant Lady replaces traditional buffets with an all-inclusive food hall and full-service dining. The ship’s deck plans are designed for discovery, with key areas like the Redemption Spa, specialty restaurants, and entertainment venues spread across different decks.
Cabins are modern and comfortable, with options for solo travelers and groups. The Sea Terrace cabins feature hammocks, and the Brilliant Suite offers extra space and perks. Dining includes over 20 eateries, such as Gunbae and Pink Agave.
Health and wellness are emphasized with free exercise classes, a thermal suite, multiple fitness spaces, and healthy eateries. The ship caters to social cruisers looking to detox and retox, with a passenger capacity of 2,700 and a crew of 1,150.
Fellow Passengers: Who is on Board Valiant Lady?
The staff on Valiant Lady is notably diverse, reflecting Virgin Voyages’ encouragement for crew members to be themselves. This diversity extends to passengers, primarily Americans and Europeans in their mid-30s to mid-50s. As an adults-only ship, you won’t find any kids onboard.
Passengers are generally well-behaved, respectful, and very social, often traveling in groups. The ship also hosts frequent LGBTQ meetups, celebrating individuality among both staff and passengers.
There are currently no extensions for this cruise.
