Villa Tita is a ten‑bedroom boutique hideaway in the Amapas area of Zona Romantica, perched on a spacious hillside lot overlooking Banderas Bay. From here, you’ll take in wide‑open views of the coastline, the town, and the kind of sunsets that quietly end the day on the right note.
Just a short five‑minute walk brings you to Playa Los Muertos—one of Puerto Vallarta’s most iconic beaches—and to the heart of the Romantic Zone with its restaurants, small theaters, galleries, cafés, and everyday neighborhood charm.
During your stay, you’ll have room to unwind at your own pace. The villa’s outdoor spaces, sun decks, and private pool create a relaxed environment where doing nothing is often the agenda.

While official 2027 event calendars will be released closer to the date, Puerto Vallarta has reliable annual January traditions that will add color to your week. These recurring happenings typically take place every winter season:
Whale‑Watching Season (December–March)
Banderas Bay is at its peak for humpback whale sightings throughout January, with many tours led by marine biologists offering responsible viewing experiences.

Olas Altas Farmers Market — Lázaro Cárdenas Park (Saturdays)
A beloved community market offering fresh produce, prepared foods, live music, and local art. This market reliably runs each winter and is just a short walk from Zona Romantica.
IFC Vallarta Home Tours (Tuesdays & Wednesdays)
Architecture lovers enjoy these tours of exceptional local homes, with proceeds benefiting local charities. They operate annually from late fall through spring.
Cabaret & Drag Shows (Nightly, Various Venues)
Puerto Vallarta’s performance scene is lively during winter, with recurring drag, cabaret, comedy, and tribute shows in venues throughout Zona Romantica. Expect new lineups for 2027, with schedules released closer to season.
South Side Shuffle (Bi‑Weekly During Winter)
Art galleries and boutiques along Basilio Badillo open late with music, wine, and street energy—a casual, fun local tradition.
